We will provide information from the MLS system, reviewing each listing FOR SALE personally to see how it compares. We want to make sure we get the full value for your home. By pricing with the current market, we can get the maximum price in the minimum time. Studies show listing your home higher than what the market is currently at will result in a lower sales price.
PRE-INSPECTION- We recommend pre-inspections. We believe in a pro-active and informative approach when it comes to negotiating a contract. Knowing any problems up front cuts down on unnecessary negotiations and stress.
